This is a stationary form of tai chi that focuses on incorporating breath with no impact movement to get the body moving, improve breathing capacity, and build stamina in the muscles. The simple repetitive tai chi movements improve leg, arm, and core strength while releasing stress. This class is a great way to get back into exercise after injury, illness, surgery, or a sedentary lifestyle. The Easy Tai Chi moves can be done sitting in a chair if needed.
