About the course

The best way to learn and remember science concepts is by exploring them on your own. In these weekly workshops, the science concept being explored is introduced and demonstrated by the instructor. Students then work in teams of 2 or 3 to explore the concept by following the 3-step Scientific Method of: Hypothesis, Test, Correct. Worksheets are provided where students record their guess (hypothesis) about what they think will happen when they try the experiment (test) and then record their actual results (correct). Ages 8-12
